What I’m Cookin’ for Christmas

The countdown is on! Only three days until Christmas Eve! If your family is anything like mine, you have multiple events to attend this coming weekend. And of course, every Christmas party needs food.

Here’s what I plan on making for the festivities on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Christmas Eve Brunch with my parents and my sister and her family:

Peaches and Cream French Toast (using peaches I canned last summer!)

Christmas Eve Dinner with our extended family on my side:

Layered Salad. With blue cheese dressing because blue cheese makes everything better.

Christmas Morning. Just the three of us at home.

Waffles with Strawberries and Whipped Cream.

Christmas Day Dinner with my husbands’ parents and brother:

Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole. No matter what the main dish is, my mother-in-law always requests that I bring these potatoes.

Chips with Guacamole and Salsa.

Leave a comment and let me know what you are cooking for the holidays!
