Weight Weight Wednesday (5/16)

I’m still on vacation so today I’ll be sharing a few of my favorite juice recipes. I’m partial to the “green” juices but I haven’t really tried anything that I disliked. Although I can only handle so much beet juice.

Lean Mean Green Juice (from Reboot Your Life)

1 Cucumber
1 Bunch of Kale (also great if you substitute cilantro)
4 Stalks of Celery
2 Apples
1/2 Lemon
1/2″ Ginger Root

Detox Filler (from Healthy Juice Central)

4 Carrots
1 Apple
2 Stalks of Celery
1 Banana

Juice the carrots, apple and celery and then blend with banana.

Watermelon Detox (from Healthy Juice Central)

8 oz Watermelon
4oz Strawberries
4oz Blackberries

Beet, Carrot, and Cabbage Juice

1 small beet or 1/4 large beet
8 carrots
1/4-1/2 head cabbage

I also love straight carrot juice. Sweet and delicious.
